Shalom Remnants International was founded in 2023 by John Mumbo and Caroline Mputhia Mumbo. John Mumbo and Caroline Mputhia Mumbo have been married since 2020.
Shalom Remnants international is mandated to carry out discipleship through Holy Ghost School and teaching of the principles of the courts of heaven.

Who is a disciple?

A Disciple is one who voluntarily takes up the yoke of Jesus and puts it on himself. A Disciple is willing to learn of the Lord Jesus Christ. "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. “ (Mathew 11:29)
A Disciple takes up their cross daily and follows Christ to conform to His likeness to be like Him.
Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.” (Mathew 16:24)
The disciple enters into a personal relationship with Jesus and becomes conformed to His image. A disciple fully surrenders his will and only goes in the direction his Master Jesus Christ wants him to go.

Why should you become a disciple?:

  • You will have a deeper personal relationship with God
  • God will cleanse and correct you from all the things that are not of God in your life
  • God reveals His plan for us

Why should you become a disciple?

You will have a deeper personal relationship with God

Becoming a disciple enables one to have an intimate relationship with God, such that God speaks to you regularly. We see God speaking to Abraham in Genesis,(12:1-3, 15), Noah(Gen 8:15), Moses (Ex 33:9) Ezekiel (Ezekiel 2), Hebrews 12;25-26, Gal 1;11-12,2 Cor 12:1-4 just to mention a few instances.

God will cleanse and correct you from all the things that are not of God in your life

We are called to be "Christ-like." God wants us to follow Him so that He can correct our vices and erase them so that we can become more" Christ-like." It is an everyday walk whereby we surrender what we know does not please Christ and is not "Christ-like" and lets Him work on us (Mathew 16:24).

God reveals His plan for us

By becoming a disciple, God reveals His plan for our lives so that we may live according to everything He created us to be. God wants to give us daily instructions and information on navigating oncoming events.
